I ordered a navy silk shirt, and somehow a white one showed up instead, in the wrong size too. I had to double-check my order because I was so confused, but nope, I definitely ordered the right thing.

Customer service kept asking me for photos and screenshots like they couldn’t figure out what happened, or like I was mistaken. It dragged on way longer than it should have, and I still never got the correct shirt. Frustrating for such a simple order.

I bought a LilySilk pillowcase about a year ago, and it’s held up better than I expected after a lot of washes. I usually hand wash it, though I’ve put it on the gentle cycle a few times, and the seams are still totally fine. The shine has faded a little, but I’d rather deal with that than risk ruining it by being careless. It still feels really nice to sleep on. I took off one star because it definitely needs extra care, and I can’t just toss it in with the rest of the laundry without worrying I’ll mess it up.

I was hoping this would be a lot more comfortable to sleep on, but it didn’t really meet my expectations. It felt less soft than I thought it would, and I ended up sleeping hot through the night.
